DESCRIPTION:Join the ASCE San Jose Younger Member Forum as we celebrate Eng
 ineers Week 2026!\n\nEngineers Week is focused on inspiring future generat
 ions of engineers and providing opportunities for K-12 students to learn a
 bout science\, technology\, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in an engag
 ing and fun environment through professional panels\, discussions and hand
 s-on engineering activities. We rely on volunteers from STEM-related field
 s to serve as guides and mentors for the students\, further introducing th
 em to career opportunities they may not yet know exist. Our goal is expose
  students from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds to the field
  of engineering and engage them in a fun and meaningful experience.\n\nEng
 ineers Week 2026 will be held in person and will consist of:\n\nElementary
  School Day on Monday\, February 9\, 2026 at the VTA Headquarters in San J
 ose\, CA\nMiddle School Day on Tuesday\, February 10\, 2026 at the San Jos
 e Mineta International Airport\nGirl Day on Thursday\, February 12\, 2026 
 at the San Jose Woman’s Club\nHigh School Day on Friday\, February 13\,
